Privacy Policy — Hearth Manager

Hearth Manager is an operational tool for restaurants using the Hearth ordering platform, operated by Aurora Corp (“we”). This policy explains what the app handles.

Information we collect

• Account credentials: the email and password you use to sign in, to authenticate you to your restaurant account. Your password is transmitted over an encrypted connection and is never stored on the device.
• Push notification token: a device token used solely to send you notifications about new orders.

We do NOT collect your location, contacts, photos, or microphone. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics.

Information you view in the app

Signed-in staff see their restaurant’s own order information, which may include customer names, phone numbers, and delivery addresses. This information belongs to the restaurant and is shown only to authorized staff to fulfill orders. Hearth Manager does not copy this information off your device.

How information is used and shared

Sign-in and notification data is used only to operate the app. Push tokens are processed by our notification providers (Expo and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging) solely to deliver notifications on our behalf. We do not sell your data.

Security

Credentials are transmitted over HTTPS. Your session is stored in your device’s secure keystore (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) and protected by biometric lock.

Data retention and deletion

Session data is removed when you sign out. To request deletion of your account or data, contact us at hearth@auroracorp.us.
